A little patch of heaven way out West!! A fantastic holiday home with everything we could wish for. Newbarn is a fantastic base for a holiday and the accomodation and facilities desreve a 10/10! We had a lovely week here, even managing to squeeze in a couple of beach days when the sun made an appearance. Paignton Zoo, Creely, Splash Down, Goodrington Sands and Crazy Golf in Paignton all recommended, the boys loved it !! The pool is definitely a bonus on a rainy day and we had a couple of evenings playing tennis, basketball and croquet on the top field play area, going home for a rest !! With hubby being a keen angler, the choice of six fishing ponds brought a smile to his face. Thank you to all at Newbarn for providing such a clean, friendly and peaceful base to work from. Would love to visit again. x

We had a wonderful time here, especially our kids on the trampoline. Lots of lovely places to visit and interesting country trails fo dog walking. The cottage was very well equipped and a warm welcome from Richard made us feel at home. Even though we had a few hiccups with the cottage, Richard was a star and sorted them out immediately. (Burst water pipe). Would love to come back again in the future. Paignton Regatta fireworks was a lovely bonus.
